Yes. Each plan requires a refundable security deposit, which varies depending on the selected plan. This deposit is taken to ensure product safety and will be refunded when you cancel your subscription and return the purifier in good condition:

• After 6 months: up to 90% refundable
• Before 6 months: up to 80% refundable

All rental plans require a minimum 6-month commitment. The remaining amount covers product handling and administrative costs.

All QRP rental plans — Intro, Starter, Basic, and Premium — come with a minimum 6-month subscription commitment.

• Complete 6 months: security deposit refunded up to 90% when the purifier is returned in good condition.
• Cancel before 6 months: security deposit refunded up to 80% instead of 90%.

This applies to every plan regardless of monthly rent or purifier model.

You can choose from multiple rental payment frequencies:

• Monthly
• Quarterly
• Half-Yearly (5% discount on total rent)
• Yearly (10% discount on total rent)

These discounts automatically apply when you choose half-yearly or yearly billing.

No. Bi-monthly service visits are completely free. All routine maintenance is included in your rent.

Yes. Filters are replaced once every year as part of your subscription at no extra cost.

We send WhatsApp payment reminders on your due date, so you never miss a renewal.

Our team visits every two months for free preventive maintenance. You will receive WhatsApp notifications for:

• Upcoming service visit
• Technician assignment
• Visit completion

Yes, you can switch between plans (Intro, Starter, Basic, Premium). Any difference in security deposit will be adjusted accordingly.

You can cancel anytime. After the purifier is returned in good condition, your security deposit refund depends on how long you have subscribed:

• 6 months or more: up to 90% refund
• Less than 6 months: up to 80% refund

The 6-month commitment applies to all rental plans.

Yes, installation is free for all rental plans.

Typically, installation is scheduled within 24–48 hours, depending on technician availability and your location.

We send reminders to help you avoid missed payments. If payment is delayed, service may be temporarily paused until dues are cleared.

Yes! We now offer a 50% discount on the security deposit if you choose a refurbished purifier unit. These units are fully certified and tested to ensure they provide the same high-quality water as new ones. We assure you that all filters are always brand new, as customer health and safety are our top priority. We never use refurbished filters under any circumstances.
