These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply when you rent a water purifier from Qurani Rental Purifiers (QRP), Anantapur. By booking a plan, making a deposit, or accepting installation, you agree to these Terms.
1. Rental Plans & Pricing
QRP offers monthly rental plans including Intro (₹220), Starter (₹249), Basic (₹299), and Premium (₹349). Plan features, purifier specifications, and applicable deposits (₹4,000 – ₹7,000 depending on plan) are communicated at the time of booking. Monthly rent is due as per the billing cycle agreed during registration.
2. Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is collected at the start of the rental. Deposit refund eligibility depends on the rental duration:
- After 6 months: 90% of the deposit is refundable upon satisfactory return of the purifier
- Before 6 months: 80% of the deposit is refundable, subject to plan closure terms

3. Installation
- Free installation is provided within Anantapur City, typically within 24–48 hours of booking confirmation
- Customer must provide a suitable water inlet, power point, and access for the technician
- Installation date recorded in our system marks the start of service and billing schedules
4. Maintenance & Service
- Routine maintenance is included and scheduled every 2 months
- Annual maintenance includes filter replacement as per plan specifications
- Customers must allow reasonable access for scheduled service visits
- Missed appointments due to customer unavailability may be rescheduled; repeated missed visits may affect service timelines
5. Customer Responsibilities
As a renter, you agree to:
- Pay monthly rent on time via UPI, Cash, or UPI + Cash
- Use the purifier only for domestic drinking water purposes
- Not relocate, dismantle, or modify the unit without QRP approval
- Report leaks, errors, or performance issues promptly
- Keep the purifier in good condition; damage from misuse or negligence may incur charges
- Inform QRP before moving residence within or outside Anantapur City
6. Ownership
The water purifier and all QRP-provided components remain the property of Qurani Rental Purifiers at all times. The rental agreement does not transfer ownership to the customer.
7. Payments & Late Fees
- Accepted payment modes: UPI, Cash, and UPI + Cash
- UPI payments may be made to 9581004630@ybl
- Repeated late or missed payments may result in service suspension and recovery action as per agreement
- All outstanding rent must be cleared before deposit refund processing
8. Plan Changes & Upgrades
Customers may request plan upgrades or changes subject to availability and QRP approval. Deposits and monthly rent may be adjusted accordingly. Downgrades during the commitment period are at QRP's discretion.
9. Relocation Within City
If you move within Anantapur City during the rental period, contact QRP in advance. Re-installation may be arranged; standard service terms continue to apply.
10. Limitation of Liability
QRP strives to provide safe drinking water through maintained purifier systems. We are not liable for water quality issues arising from municipal supply fluctuations, customer-side plumbing problems, or events beyond our reasonable control. Our liability is limited to the terms of the rental agreement and applicable law.
11. Termination
Either party may initiate closure subject to the 6-month commitment and refund rules. QRP reserves the right to terminate service for non-payment, misuse, or breach of these Terms. Equipment must be returned in accessible condition for pickup.
12. Disputes
We encourage customers to contact us first to resolve any concern. Disputes shall be governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh.
